At Kit ’n Cavoodle, we take pride in creating high-quality pet gear and want you to love your purchase. This policy explains when returns, refunds, or replacements are available.
This policy operates in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
Due to the customised nature of many of our products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on customised or made-to-order items.
For non-customised items, returns may be accepted at our discretion if:

The item is unused and in original condition

The return is requested within 14 days of delivery
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

Clear photos showing the fault or damage
Once assessed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the issue.
Customised Items
Customised items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind.
This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
International Orders
For international orders:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country
If a return is approved:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and before production or processing begins. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be cancelled.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, items must be returned in accordance with this policy and a new order placed.
