As a small team creating customised products, some orders may require additional handling time.
Delivery Timeframes
While most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, on rare occasions delivery may take up to 3 weeks. This is uncommon, but may occur due to customisation, supplier delays, or high demand periods.

Shipping Rates
